Sum' Booch
Sum' Booch is a very popular flavor. It is a slightly less sweet version of Wild Child with Acai fruit juice added. Acai is a super food that has a nice distinct flavor and is responsible for the rich color in the Booch. Sum' Booch is also an easy drinking kombucha buch is preferred by some veteran kombucha drinkers due to its drier flavor. Like Wild Child, Sum' Booch makes a great mixer.
What's in a name?
As you may have guessed, Sum' Booch is a play on the term Som Bitch which is slang for Son of a Bitch. It has a dual meaning though which is Some Booch as is "Wow, that is some good kombucha".
